he Emergency Care Programme at Bharath Hospital , is modelled on global lines to provide round-the-clock critical care services. It comprises of a dedicated team of Intensivists, exclusively trained nurses and paramedics. The critical care facility here is augmented with high-tech facilities,a fully-equipped; state-of-the-art monitors, ventilators, hemo-dynamic monitoring equipment and PACS software.Our Critical Care Intensive Care unit (CCICU)is a community of skilled,innovative, collaborative and caring critical care clinicians. As a tertiary referral center, the ICU takes care of complex critically ill and injured patients. Our supportive team environment is the essential key to our success in providing excellent care to our patients and their families.

The CCICU team cares for critically ill patients with complex medicaldisorders as well as post-operative general surgical, and orthopedic patients. Our
and nurses have expertise in caring for patients with acute kidney injury, end-stage and acute liver failure, severe sepsis, poisoning and multiple organ
dysfunction syndrome.The Critical Care Intensive Care Unit (CCICU) provides comprehensive care for critically ill medical patients with a vast variety of diagnoses. The CCICU has a well-trained team of intensivists, physicians and nurses to provide expert care to patients with pulmonary problems. The CCICU performs intense monitoring of patients and provides care for those requiring high-frequency ventilation and continuous renal replacement therapy.

CCICU is a 18 bedded facility on the fourth floor. Built over a 5000 sq. feet area, the CCICU bears a very pleasant and aesthetic look. It has an administrative section, patient area and service section. The design was created keeping in mind the space utilization, patient comfort, infection control, and ease of providing critical care, nursing care and the functional requirements of the unit.
